DMCA & Content Policy
Cloud Creator LLC · ozu.studio
Cloud Creator LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. This policy describes how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), how we handle notices of nonconsensual intimate imagery, and our general approach to content ownership and intellectual property within Ozu.
1. Copyright Ownership of Generated Content
We assign to you all rights we hold in Output Content (as defined in our Terms of Service §6.2). We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
That assignment is not a promise that the output is copyrightable or registerable. Under current US copyright law, as interpreted by the US Copyright Office (Copyright and Artificial Intelligence Part 2, January 2025), works generated solely by AI without sufficient human creative input are generally not eligible for copyright protection. Human-authored elements — your script, your selection and arrangement of shots, substantial modification, and your edits — may still be protectable. We do not promise that any film or asset is registerable with the Copyright Office. You are responsible for evaluating the copyright status of any output before relying on it commercially.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your inputs (scripts, descriptions, reference images) do not infringe on third-party copyrights. We do not guarantee that generated content is free from resemblance to copyrighted works, given the nature of AI generation.
Your right to use outputs is also subject to the applicable model vendor’s terms. See Terms §6.2.
2. DMCA Takedown Notices
If you believe that content accessible through Ozu infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Designated Agent

Email: [email protected] (subject: "DMCA Notice")
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Cloud Creator LLC may be found)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We define a repeat infringer as a user who has been the subject of two or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period.
5. Input Responsibility
Ozu processes your scripts, descriptions, and creative briefs to generate visual and audiovisual assets. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you input does not infringe on third-party copyrights. Uploading copyrighted scripts, reference images, or character descriptions that you do not have rights to use may result in infringing outputs. Generating copyrighted characters or franchises you don’t have rights to is also prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.
Likeness is separate from copyright. If a recording includes someone other than you, get their e-signed likeness-consent form before using it as generation reference. We store that form with the project. See Terms §6.1.
6. AI Model Training
Ozu (Cloud Creator LLC) does not use your content to train AI models. We do not contribute your scripts, generated images, video, audio, or project data to any training datasets of our own.
Some optional features route your content to third-party providers whose terms may permit training. We identify those features before you use them. The current per-provider summary — including who rules out training, who makes no commitment, and who allows it — is in Privacy Policy §9. That table is the source of truth. Do not rely on a shorter list on this page.
Ozu cannot claw back a training license a vendor takes under its own terms.
7. NCII and digital forgeries
If Ozu hosts or serves user-generated images or video, and you believe that material is nonconsensual intimate imagery of you — including AI-generated or digitally forged intimate imagery — we will treat that as a takedown request.
How to notify us. Email [email protected] with the subject line “NCII Takedown.” Include:
- Your contact information
- A description of the material and where it appears on Ozu (project, URL, or enough detail for us to find it)
- A statement that the imagery is nonconsensual intimate imagery of you, or that you are authorized to act for the depicted person
- Anything else that helps us locate identical copies
What we will do. When we receive a complete request, we will remove the identified material from the Service within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies we are hosting or serving. We may ask you a follow-up question if the notice is too thin to act on; the 48 hours runs from a complete request.
This is the process we will follow. It is not a statement that Cloud Creator LLC has registered as, or determined that it is, a “covered platform” under any particular statute.
Copyright claims still go through the DMCA agent in Section 2. Account-level AUP violations (including NCII you generate) are also covered by the Acceptable Use Policy.
